Peiban (Yuanqi Task Box) Membership Purchase and Refund Rules
Version: V1.1-en | Updated: 10 October 2026 | Effective: 10 October 2026
These Rules form part of the Yuanqi Task Box Terms of Service and apply to your purchase and use of Yuanqi Task Box membership services ("Membership").
IMPORTANT: These Rules contain provisions that materially affect your interests, including fees, refund restrictions and liability limits, highlighted in bold. Please read them carefully. Membership is activated immediately after your separate confirmation before payment and successful payment.
If these Rules conflict with the Terms of Service concerning membership purchases, duration, benefits or refunds, these Rules prevail. The applicable agreements or specific rules continue to govern personal information processing, account management, intellectual property and other matters.
Article 1. Membership services
1.1 Membership is purchased on a one-time basis. After a successful purchase, the relevant benefits apply for the agreed period. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge when it expires.
1.2 Membership types, prices, validity, benefits and main restrictions are those displayed on the purchase page at the time. There are three tiers: (1) Monthly: CNY 29.90 for 31 days, with full planning, year-by-year rhythm details and action suggestions. (2) Quarterly: CNY 79.90 for 93 days, with the same core benefits as Monthly; only the duration differs. (3) Annual: CNY 299.90 for 372 days, with the same core benefits as Monthly; only the duration differs. All tiers are one-time purchases, take effect immediately after successful payment and do not renew or charge automatically. You must actively purchase again to continue. Membership does not include human consultation or medical, psychological, legal or other professional services, and does not promise unlimited calls, permanent availability or accurate AI results. Usage frequency, technical limits and service scope depend on the purchase page and features actually available.
1.3 Membership benefits are for your own account only. You may not transfer, rent, lend, share or otherwise allow third parties to use them.
Article 2. Purchase and payment
2.1 You may purchase Membership through this Mini Program or the official website using the Operator's designated payment channels. The desktop website supports WeChat QR-code payment; mobile website users may purchase through the Mini Program.
2.2 Benefits activate and the validity period begins immediately after successful payment. You may check orders and membership status on the "My account" page. Logging in to the same account on the website and Mini Program shares the same membership expiry date. Renewal duration is added after the existing period eligible to carry forward.
2.3 Purchase only through official channels. The Operator may refuse to recognise or reclaim benefits obtained through unofficial channels, third-party top-ups or other irregular means without liability.
Article 3. Refunds
3.1 Membership is a digitally delivered service activated immediately after purchase. Before payment, you separately confirm your request for immediate performance and acknowledge that the seven-day no-reason return right does not apply after activation or use. Except where expressly required by law, for duplicate charges, benefits not actually activated or a verified fundamental breach by the Operator, refunds are generally not accepted solely for personal preferences, mistaken operations, insufficient use or unmet subjective expectations.
3.2 Refunds are generally unavailable where: (1) benefits have been activated or partly used; (2) non-use results from mistaken operations or personal reasons; (3) the purchase used coupons, an event or promotional pricing; (4) Membership was terminated for account sharing, misuse or material breach; or (5) laws and regulations otherwise permit refusal of a refund.
3.3 Refunds are limited to verified cases of: (1) duplicate charges; (2) benefits not actually activated after payment; (3) a fundamental breach by the Operator; or (4) other circumstances in which law expressly requires a refund.
3.4 Refund calculation: the maximum refundable amount is the amount actually paid. Deductions are made in order for the value of services already performed, benefits used at standard unit prices disclosed on the purchase page, any difference required to reverse discounts or bundled offers, and non-refundable third-party costs that may lawfully be borne by you. A negative result is treated as zero. Complimentary time, coupons and non-cash benefits are generally neither converted to cash nor returned.
3.5 Request a refund through "My account - Contact support" (WeChat Customer Service) in the Yuanqi Task Box Mini Program, supplying the order number, identity information and supporting evidence. Review time is suspended while materials are incomplete. Acceptance of a request for review does not mean approval of a refund.
3.6 The review period starts when materials are complete. Time for additional materials, risk investigations, third-party payment processing and statutory holidays is excluded. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account; receipt depends on the payment channel's processing time.
3.6A Request processing periods. The periods below begin after identity verification and receipt of complete materials, excluding time for additional materials, third-party verification, risk investigations, payment processing and statutory holidays: (1) Account closure: completed within 15 working days after confirming there are no outstanding orders, refunds, complaints, security incidents or other pending matters and obtaining a second confirmation. (2) Copies of interaction data: provided within 15 working days after identity and scope confirmation, only where legally required and technically feasible; excluding third-party information, trade secrets and security or risk-control rules. (3) Chat or interaction data deletion: processed in online systems within 15 working days after identity and scope confirmation; legally retained records are stored separately and backups overwritten within a rotation cycle of at most 30 days. (4) Long-term memory clearing: completed within 15 working days after identity and scope confirmation; clearing may affect personalisation and conversational continuity. (5) Complaints and reports: an initial response within 15 working days after materials are complete; major safety incidents are promptly escalated according to risk and are not subject to ordinary ticket order. (6) Refund requests: approval, refusal or a request for additional materials within 15 working days after materials are complete; approved refunds use the original payment route, with receipt subject to processing by WeChat Pay or the relevant channel. (7) Appeals and internal review: you may request one internal review of an account action, complaint or refund outcome; a response is provided within 15 working days after materials are complete and is the platform's final internal outcome.
3.7 The Operator may conduct one internal review of a refund request. Its outcome is the platform's final internal decision, without excluding your right to seek external remedies under law.
Article 4. Changes to and termination of Membership
4.1 The Operator may adjust benefits or the form of the Service for business changes, compliance requirements, technical upgrades or changes to third-party services. If core benefits of an existing purchase are materially affected, the Operator will offer a reasonable arrangement such as an extension, an equivalent substitute or a refund for the unperformed portion.
4.2 Temporary unavailability caused by force majeure, government action, regulatory measures or third-party service interruptions does not constitute a breach by the Operator. Paid fees are generally non-refundable; the Operator may choose to extend validity, make up benefits after restoration or offer substitutes. Only where the Service permanently ceases and paid core benefits cannot be provided through a substitute will the unperformed portion be handled as required by law.
4.3 For a material breach such as unlawful conduct, fraud, abusive refund claims, account sharing or resale, evading payment, security attacks or serious infringement, the Operator may immediately terminate Membership without refunding unused benefits and may pursue losses. Minor violations may first result in restrictions or suspension.
4.4 If you voluntarily close your account, you must confirm the consequences for remaining benefits. Complimentary, promotional and non-cash benefits expire on closure; the unperformed paid portion is handled in accordance with law.
Article 5. Limits of liability
5.1 Membership is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that it will fully meet your expectations. Temporary unavailability due to third-party interruptions, system maintenance, network failures or similar causes does not give rise to liability for breach.
5.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability for the same event is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific membership order giving rise to the dispute. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive losses, or loss of anticipated profits, goodwill, data or opportunities. This does not exclude or limit liability that law expressly prohibits excluding or limiting.
Article 6. Invoices and receipts
6.1 Invoices. The invoicing entity is Xiheyao (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. You may request an electronic invoice through "My account - Contact support" (WeChat Customer Service) in the Yuanqi Task Box Mini Program within 90 calendar days after purchase, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Supply the order number, amount paid, invoice title, taxpayer identification number for a business invoice, recipient email and other legally required information. The invoice amount is limited to the amount actually paid and not refunded; gifts, coupons and non-cash benefits are not invoiced separately. Within 10 working days after accurate, complete materials are received, the order is free of refund claims or disputes and invoicing conditions are met, an ordinary electronic invoice or other legally applicable electronic receipt will be issued and sent to your designated email or made available through a download link via WeChat Customer Service. If a refund occurs, the Operator may lawfully void, issue a red-letter correction for or adjust the original invoice.
6.2 You may view orders and payment receipts on the "My account" page. The Operator retains order and payment records in accordance with law.
Article 7. Updates and dispute resolution
7.1 The Operator may revise these Rules. General updates take effect after notice, and continued use may be treated as acceptance. Material changes affecting purchased core benefits, prices, refund conditions or matters requiring separate consent by law will require renewed confirmation or apply only to subsequent purchases.
7.2 Disputes arising from or relating to these Rules should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the competent People's Court at the Operator's domicile, unless mandatory rules on level of jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction or other jurisdiction apply. The Operator has prominently drawn this provision to users' attention.
